Three plans, one monthly rhythm
Every plan runs in QuickBooks Online, with human review on every close. Prices in Canadian dollars.
$500 a month
Your transactions categorized every week, your receipts matched, and every account reconciled to the bank every month. A quarterly package prepared for your accountant, HST-ready. For up to 250 transactions a month across up to three accounts.
$650 a month
Everything in Clean Books, plus a one-page Monthly Money Snapshot in plain language — cash in, cash out, profit, what changed, what to watch — and a thirty-minute call each month to walk through it.
$800 a month
Everything in Books plus Dashboard, plus your payroll coordinated with your payroll provider: the calendar kept, the inputs collected and confirmed, every run recorded in the books, every remittance reconciled against the provider's own figures. Your provider processes and remits, and its fees are yours. Up to twenty employees, up to two runs a month.
The first five clients pay $400, $520 or $640 a month for their first year.
Five is the number one person can onboard properly this autumn. When the five are taken, this line comes down.

QuickBooks only?
QuickBooks Online, yes. On another system? Ask; migrations are sometimes worth it.
Do you replace my accountant?
We work alongside them. Your accountant receives the year assembled — categorized, reconciled, and packaged in the form they ask for. If you have no accountant, we introduce a licensed CPA partner for the work that requires one.
Do you run payroll?
Your provider runs it. We keep the calendar, collect and confirm the inputs, record each run in the books, and reconcile every remittance against the provider's own figures.
Do you file HST?
We prepare the package; your accountant files it. If you file it yourself, the package is built for that too.
How does access work?
You invite us through QuickBooks as an accountant user, read-only to start. You can revoke it in one click.
